Dream Wedding Photoshoot in Ravello & Amalfi Coast: A Fairytale Experience

A Post-wedding photoshoot in Ravello and the Amalfi Coast, capturing the charm of these breathtaking locations. Highlighting the beautiful views, I mention the key stops like Villa Cimbrone in Ravello, Atrani, Positano's vibrant fruit stand, and the lemon-scented luxury of Villa Savarese in Sorrento. The day was filled with joy, stunning views, and unforgettable moments, making the Amalfi Coast a dream destination for wedding photography.

You chose that destination for your wedding for a reason. Choose a pre or post wedding shoot to enjoy some dedicated time in that country or city. Make some memories.

I immediately want to go back to Ravello where the villa’s look like fairytale backdrops and lemon trees are at every turn. The charm of this place is simply irresistible, with its picturesque scenery and enchanting atmosphere. I’m putting it out there in the universe to photograph a wedding in Ravello or the Amalfi Coast in the next 12 months. It will… it must happen. There is something so magical about capturing the love between two people in such a breathtaking setting.

Hermione and Sam decided to have a Post Wedding shoot with me and we had the best experience. It was a day filled with unforgettable memories. Something that made this day truly special was booking a private chauffeur who took us from Maori to Sorrento, allowing us to relax and enjoy the stunning views along the way. Here’s what we got up to…

  1. Ravello - Our first stop was to visit my all-time favourite location in Italy. @villacimbrone is such a dreamy place to get married! The views from the villa are simply breathtaking, and their secret gardens are to die for. It's a place where every corner holds a new surprise, and the beauty of nature is on full display.

  2. Atrani - There’s a beautiful church with white steps right here and although we didn’t stay long, the charm of this little town was evident. There are some lovely cafes and pizzerias nearby if you wanted to rest on the way to the Amalfi Coast. The narrow streets and friendly locals add to the quaint atmosphere of Atrani.

  3. Positano - The beautiful fruit stand, probably the most popular stop in Positano. Not only is this a gorgeous backdrop for photos, but we also had some fresh fruit juice. The vibrant colours of the fruit and the hustle and bustle of the stand make it a must-visit spot. The group also tried cherries and said they’re a must! The taste of fresh, locally-grown fruit was an amazing experience.

  4. Sorrento - Hermione and Sam were having their mini-moon at @relais.villasavarese in Sorrento. We all stopped for a rest and I got to have a little nosey at their beautiful hotel. The pool is surrounded by lemon trees! Heaven. The scent of lemons filled the air, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. The hotel itself was a blend of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal place for a romantic getaway.

Overall, the day was filled with beautiful moments and stunning locations that will forever be etched in our memories. The Amalfi Coast truly is a photographer's paradise, offering so many opportunities to capture the beauty in one of the most picturesque places in Europe.
